This gardener's dormer bedroom sprang from the concept of wrapping oneself in blooms. It's a space that feels cozy and fresh with large-scale florals in distinctly warm tones. The organic movement of the wallpaper design is balanced by the structured lines of a mid-century-inspired walnut headboard. With plenty of natural light flooding the space, I chose a wall color to transform the cool glare into a warm glow.
It was important not to overwhelm the space with a full application of floral paper, but to use it judiciously on only the walls that would enclose the bed nook.
Talk about a feel-good interior!
